After years of operating restaurants for other hospitality groups, Seth moved into ownership with Pistola, partnering with chef Vic Casanova to open the modern Italian steakhouse in West Hollywood. Seth led the front-of-house and operating side of the business, bringing his experience in service, staffing and restaurant operations to the concept from opening through day-to-day operation.
